The nautilus shell is unique; no two shells are the same which adds to their mystique. I love their beautiful cream and warm brown stripes and that little hint of a black tail peeking out, making them feel so rare and offering a ‘natural world’ feel to the home.

These nautilus shells are classified as young shells as they still have all of their stripes, as they get older they slowly loose them which is why you'll often see nautilus shells with fewer stripes.

I love styling these on a large Buka tray and never tire of rearranging them to create different patterns and shapes. Just like the shell, no display will ever be the same, showing off different angles of this magnificent shell.

I display these individually on the book shelf, on an open magazine as a paper weight, on a tray in the bathroom or grouped together on the coffee table.
