A few years ago my husband and I travelled around Morocco for a couple of weeks on a buying trip. I came across these fabulous handmade vessels and just had to buy them.

I adore the joyful handmade polkadots which decorate the form and find them so striking.

The piece is unglazed, yet fired, which is typical of Moroccan ceramics. and sets such a natural style when used in either a cluster of objects, or on its own.

It’s an ideal vessel to either admire as is or to be used as a vase.

I'm always reaching for jugs of this size to place a few single stems from the garden.

Using vessels such as this pottery piece instead of a clear glass vase brings an earthiness and artfulness to displaying your flowers at home.

Can fit perfectly on a narrow shelf, mantle, bedside table or beside the sink in the kitchen or bathroom.

The Moroccan Polkadot Vase is approximately 26cm in height. Size, shape and pattern may vary slightly as they are hand made.
