I strongly recommend having your beautiful image mounted matted and framed by a professional framer to ensure the endurance and longevity of your special print. The timber frame featured on my website is a Tasmanian Oak.
If you purchase a standard frame from a shop I strongly recommend you invest in a framer to matt/mount the image with an acid free matt board. Matting is essential to keep the print away from the glass and to allow the image to breathe, ensuring the longevity of your limited edition print
As a guide for your custom mat - allow 3 inches extra white to the left, right and top side, the bottom however you may wish to add extra weight and allow 5 inches. This would turn a 20x30" image into a 26x38", however there is no set rule for framing and this is where you may wish to seek the guidence of your professional framer.
